This is version 1.0 of mahjong rules card. After printing and folding, one places it in the middle of their junk mat.
The rules are on there twice in order to save paper. I haven’t managed to get them to line up together when folded in half. Anyone out there is free to mess around with the pixels to achieve this alignment. Also, you have to tear/cut the bottom/top of the rule card as folding it leads to having a bad time.
Each rule is read out and each player votes yes or no.
In the event of a tie, 2-2, the first dealer has overriding vote (in order to move things along).
Each new dealer places the card infront of them so that 親 is indicated.
The amount of times people ask, “Who is the dealer?” really annoys me, and this is my attempt to resolve that.
Any discrepancy during play can be refered to the rule card. For example if someone declares a win with an open tanyao hand, but the rule card indicates that they were not playing open tanyao. Chombo payout.

I was considering adding White dragon, Green dragon, Red dragon, along with wind indicators. However, you should really know that before playing mahjong.
